With 10 years of extensive legal and contracting experience in procurement, sales and partnerships, I possess the business and legal acumen required for tactical negotiation, liability management and regulatory compliance.
 
I have drafted, reviewed and negotiated a high volume of complex contracts with diverse clientele, on a broad range of issues including but not limited to indemnity, liability, confidentiality, intellectual property, payment terms and data privacy, with a focus on persuasion and cooperation on heavy investment and high revenue projects. I critically analyze and interpret the legal terms for potential risks and mitigative solutions, in alignment with federal, provincial and international laws, regulations and guidelines. I act as a trusted advisor for individuals and teams to understand and analyze gaps, and optimize best practices to coordinate business initiatives, including but not limited to revenue generation and procurement.

A large part of my role entails managing high risk and urgent client alliances as part of an organized and thorough routing, review and approval process. Acting as a dedicated point of contact, I have developed a strong aptitude to collaborate with cross functional teams in a matrixed organization to recognize the operational needs of each engagement and plan strategically to achieve mutually satisfying results.
